Components: IED’s: Intelligent Electronic Devices for bay control including the following protection functions: Overcurrent protection Distance protection Line differential protection Combined Transformer and Cable differential protection Transformer dynamic tapchanger control HMI: Human Machine Interface for local control [V(1] [PK2]  Time server PTP Gateway OT Network Switches, IEC 61850 certified Tools: Configuration Tools (IED Configuration Tools (ICT) and System Configuration Tools (SCT)); Gateway and HMI configuration software; Maintenance tools for the requested components. Services: Second-line support for engineering and troubleshooting;  Supportive services to fully develop a DTA (Develop, Test and Application) process; Implementation of the PAC-components in the Stedin environment; Second line support on engineering and troubleshooting

Components: Measurement IED’s: Intelligent Electronic Devices with the following protection functions: Single and double decentralized busbar protection with at least 16 bays Multi-zoned decentralized busbar protection Central IED’s with protection algorithm OT Network Switches, IEC 61850 certified Tools: Configuration Tools (IED Configuration Tools (ICT) and System Configuration Tools (SCT)); Maintenance tools for the requested components. Services: Second-line support for engineering and troubleshooting;  Supportive services to fully develop a DTA (Develop, Test and Application) process; Implementation of the PAC-components in the Stedin environment.

The subject of the Tender procedure is the delivery of system components and tooling to build, configure, maintain and diagnose the Protection, Automation and Control (PAC)-system of Stedin.
