OneCRM NL is TenneT’s consolidated Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for relationship and stake holder management in the Netherlands. The platform supports multiple business units, including CMN (Customer and Markets), SOM (Strategisch Omgevingsmanagement), REM (Real Estate Manage ment), SOP, PPN, LON and PCN, all operating within a single, integrated and governed Dynamics 365 environment. The solution serves as a shared platform for storing, maintaining and managing customer and stake holder information. It supports business unit- specific processes through configuration and role based access enabling both standardization and flexibility. OneCRM NL enables a centralized and con sistent view of stakeholders, interactions and related data, while allowing tailored usage aligned with the needs of individual departments. The platform is operated as part of the Microsoft Power Platform and follows standardized govern ance, data models and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices. This ensures data qual ity, scalability and controlled extensibility across all participating business units.
